This course examines how AI is reshaping leadership, communication, and decision-making across professional environments. Learners will explore how AI influences workplace practices and organizational culture while developing practical strategies for using AI tools ethically and responsibly. Through activities and discussion, the course emphasizes ethical leadership, human-centered communication, and thoughtful engagement with emerging technologies. Learners will also consider issues such as algorithmic bias, labor, privacy, and the broader social impact of AI as organizations adapt to technological change.
