Advanced Coach Training: Leadership Coaching is a one-day, interactive training for coaches who want to strengthen their ability to support leaders and leadership teams effectively. This advanced course explores the evolving demands of today’s leadership landscape, including organizational culture, influence, decision-making, and change management, while building best practices for coaching in leadership contexts.

Participants will deepen their understanding of leadership development, identity, power dynamics, and strategic growth, and develop practical strategies to help leaders achieve meaningful organizational and personal outcomes.

Prerequisite for this class: completion of Coach 1.0 Training or Financial Coach Training.
