This intensive course equips experienced project managers with the essential knowledge of concepts, terminology, and techniques covered in the PMP® exam by the Project Management Institute (PMI®). In addition to the 35 hours of specialized instruction required to qualify for the PMP® exam, this course offers valuable study resources, including online flashcards, sample tests, simulation test banks, and the book Greta’s Notes to ACE the PMP. 

The PMP course comprehensively covers all the content specified in the PMI Exam Content Outline (ECO), which forms the basis for the exam questions. The course includes key domains such as: 

  • Business Acumen: Strategic and business environment understanding. 

  • Ways of Working: Technical project management skills. 

  • Power Skills: People coordination and communication skills.
