Comprehensive and hands-on, Administration Essentials for New Admins is the core training that ensures your success with Salesforce. It’s a must for new administrators. This course is intended for new system administrators responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of their organization’s Salesforce applications, and other groups that would benefit from deepening their knowledge of Salesforce, including power users, sales operations, and IT managers. Upon course completion, you'll be able to customize your application, including page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes; create a secure Salesforce environment; maintain and import clean data; create high-value reports and dashboards, and set up workflow automation. Price of course includes an exam voucher for the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam.

Please read:  Mandatory course pre-work is a pre-requisite for this course. 1. Go to and click the "Start learning for free" button. 2. Log into Trailhead using a Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook account, or sign up for a Developer Edition and login using your username and password. 3. Once you've logged in to Trailhead, click the "Trials" tab. 4. Search for either the "Learn Admin Essentials for Lightening Experience" or "Admin Beginner" trails. 5. Complete one of the two trails. 6. Once completed, send an email to with your Profile Link which can be found by navigating to your Trailhead profile, About Me, Profile Link.
