Short Description: Customer service is not about making a sale at all costs; it’s about ensuring the customer receives what they need. Customers’ Perception of a company’s customer service is affected by the actual service delivered. Service failures are bound to arise, so rather than dwelling on negative aspects of customer problems, companies should focus on the positive opportunities the problems generate. This course discusses ways to ensure workers provide a customer focus. It is designed for a general business audience.

Instructor Description: This class is an independent-study course.  Students will have all the resources needed to successfully complete the course within the online material.  A student helpdesk is available for technical support during the course enrollment.

Requirements
