If you are handy with tools, have a “problem solving” mind and are looking for a new career with rapid advancement, this eight-hour course will introduce all technical and maintenance oriented procedures of entry-level Residential and Multi-family Property Management. This learning opportunity will prepare workers for an on-site position in all types of residential rental communities.  This program will help anyone become a more qualified candidate when applying, interviewing and becoming hired into the Property Management Industry. Training topics will include: Overview/Job Description, Customer Service, Resident and Vendor Relations, Curb Appeal, Personal Safety, The Shop, Tools and Equipment, Appliance Diagnosis, Make-Ready Procedures, Interior/Exterior Maintenance and Preparing for the Interview.
