External Exam Proctoring Fee

Proctoring services for external exams are available at the CNM Workforce Training Center (WTC). We are available to proctor paper/pencil exams as well as computer based exams. CNM WTC provides a welcoming, quiet, proctored testing environment for all examinees.  Our center is open on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday's from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

At the CNM (WTC), proctoring is done by appointment only.  Seats are limited and appointments must be scheduled and proctoring fee paid a minimum of two weeks in advance.  Once you have paid your external exam proctor fee, you will be contacted within 3 business days by CNM WTC staff to finalize your exam information, date and time.  

If your school/institution/testing organization does not send the exam, username, password, or other necessary instructions to administer your exam, your scheduled appointment will be postponed. 

Fees:
There is a non-refundable $25.00 proctoring fee per exam.  All payments are due at the time of scheduling. To reschedule your exam we must be notified a minimum of 3 business days (72 hours) prior to your exam date.  This fee is subject to change if special handling of the exam is required.

Test Dates:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 8:30pm-4:00pm by appointment only.  You must have a photo ID to test.  For additional information email testingproctor@cnm.edu or call (505) 224-5263.

NOTE:  When registering,a window will appear asking if more than one person is registering for the class.  If you are registering for only one exam enter 1.  If you registering for more than one exam in a single transaction enter the number of exams you are paying for and an additonal screen will appear asking for student names.  Please enter your name in each of the spaces.
