The National Registry Practical Exam consists of skills presented in a scenario-format to approximate the abilities of the NREMT-Intermediate to function in the out-of-hospital setting. The process is a formal verification of the candidate’s “hands-on” abilities and knowledge. Successful completion of the practical exam is necessary for NREMT certification.
For candidates who have already tested at a National registry site and are in need of NO MORE than 2 RE-TEST STATIONS. Re-test candidates are expected to present their letter from the National Registry addressing their re-test needs the day of the test site.
