Series:Real Estate Prelicensing Series
Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles and Practice, and Broker Basics are the three courses that all applicants for the New Mexico real estate broker's examination must successfully complete. The ten-week courses can be taken at the same time or spread out, but they must all have been completed within the three years prior to application to take the broker's examination. All three courses are currently being offered online.

*Do not use the Add to Waitlist option. If the course is full, please check back frequently. Students often drop out, creating open seats that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
**A full refund is available to anyone who drops the class(es) at least two full business days before the start date. Refunds are not available after that point.
***You will receive emails a few days prior to the start date with the information you will need to access the course and the textbook. Please check these as soon as possible to make sure you have access. If you don't receive them or have any issues, contact us as soon as possible.
